Confirm Availability
We will confirm the availability of the chosen room and communicate the total price of the stay. We will also provide you with all the necessary information on included services and payment methods.
Confirm Booking
To confirm the booking, we will ask for some details: full name, number of guests, arrival and departure dates, and special preferences. You can then proceed with the deposit payment or the full amount, depending on the agreed conditions.
Receive Confirmation
You will receive a written confirmation of the booking via email with all the details: booking number, dates, room type, amount paid, and remaining balance (if applicable).

Payment Methods
💳 Bank Transfer
Payment can be made via bank transfer. You will receive bank details in the booking confirmation.
💵 Cash
It is possible to pay in cash upon arrival, subject to agreement at the time of booking.
🏦 Credit Card
We accept credit card payments (subject to agreement). Details will be communicated at the time of booking.
Booking Conditions
- ✓ Deposit: 20% deposit required via bank transfer to confirm the booking
- ✓ Cancellation: Free with deposit refund up to 10 days before arrival
- ✓ Balance: The balance is paid directly at the property
- ✓ Pets: Allowed upon agreement at the time of booking
